The problem with this forum is that there is no one simple fix for the doubts these voters express. Frankly, there is no voting system that can cure conspiratorial thinking, which is irrational, illogical, inconsistent, and a hallmark of a person who feels angry, worried, insecure, and inferior. We need so much more mental health care and wellness in our nation. To even begin to logistically address the doubts expressed by the group, we would need one uniform voting system and one set of rules, used by all states and counties. I’m thinking our national constitution would need to be amended or states could come together and agree to adopt common voter ID databases and guidelines. We should listen to each other, but coddling a person riddled with irrational thinking is not a long term answer. I have made progress in my own life when I have been open and honest enough to recognize that I can make errors in thinking (admit I could be wrong). We need stiff penalties enforced on anyone engaging in fraud or attempting to interfere with or intimidate elections officials. Votes cast before Election Day should be counted by Election Day. There is really no good reason to wait.

@@jakobrosser7587 9:28 when the guy says this id like to ask him 'who benefits from all the doubt?' because the answer is trump. Then i would follow up with 'Where does all the doubt come from?' Which again the answer is trump. As an outsider who has a different perspective (aus) i look at it more broadly than each individual issue and theres a clear pattern. Im not sure what institutions could do at this point to convince people of that election. To me it seemed straight forward, the mail in votes got counted later than in person and that why there were vote 'dumps' late in the night. The fact trump got up to say they needed to stop counting etc etc to me seems way more deserving of scrutiny to me. He made a consistant effort to leverage the election for months in advance going back to his promise of 'making the post office great again' by ripping out drop boxes and cutting overtime to interfere with the process of mail in ballots etc. The fact he got up and said stop counting when he did to me shows he didnt care about the true results and had no intention of abiding them. Also it should be noted that while trump offers no actual evidence his focus is always just dont believe them.. What if we took Sydney powells 'grievance' at face value ? The hugo chavez conspiracy, i bet if the election was overturned based on that no one questioning the 'truth' now would be questioning that nonsense, because trump would be back in power.... case closed.

Your 100% correct. They are delusional and just because Trump and his gang of liars told you lies about the election you gobble it up like a fat kid loves cake!! It’s disappointing that sooo many are disconnected from reality.

@@jakobrosser7587 Their grievances are based on nothing but ignorance and stupidity. If they lost faith in the election process because they are too gullible to believe the words of con-artists, then that's on them. In conservative words: Facts don't care about your feelings. So their grievances (aka feelings) for the election does not matter in the slightest.

Always. Like Mueller, at the end of the day, both of them wanted Trump in the White House. BJ? Bill Clinton has to testify under oath. Trump has people on his staff using Putin’s help to win the social media war that won him the 2016 election? They didn’t even question him NOT under oath. Luntz is trying to smoke the Dems, so he can say “see: we’re trying to tame the insane Trumpers” - when he does no such thing. He doesn’t once tell these people just how much shit they’re full of. Luntz and Mueller are both just as bad as Fox News and Trump himself.

if trump had conceded instead of getting up and saying he won when he didnt on election night like every other losing candidate has done in the past then it would have gone like every election had of gone in the past. The thing that made this one different was trumps actions. He seeded doubt in the lead up to it and his actions alone were what turned a run of the mill election night into an ongoing saga.

You should know that some states like Pennsylvania doesn't allow the early vote to be tallied until after ALL ballots are cast. This is the reason why it takes them so long. Wisconsin does the same thing. DJT knows this, but he still LIED to the American people.

What's sad is that this conversation had to exist in the first place. I'm a U.S. citizen, and have been voting in federal, state and local elections since the mid '70's. Only since Trump and Trumpism has been a part of the mix has all this 'election doubting' been on the scene. It's all due to Trump and his big lie. I expect more from these Republican voters and it's distressing that a lot or most of them are more like 4 year olds who think there's a monster in their closet rather than adults of voting age.
