How you manage to get a clean finger placement on the first chord, shit had my hand cramping

Check your elbow placement. Sometimes it helps to really stick that yout arm into your ribs. Cut your fingernails, and flex your wrist. Finally use the very tips of your fingers, flexing your wrist and making your elbow as inward as possible will help a ton
