I'm a woman living in a cold climate. This is my winter fragrance. I don't like the opening but it does not take long to get smoky and sweet. It's like having a vanilla pastry by the fire and I love how long it lasts. When I want to femme it up a little to go out in the evening, I add something rosy. It already has rose in the background so it works very well.

Lattafa is still king. I blind bought Ameer al Oudh Intense Oud and I love it. My friend smelled it on me and immediately bought a bottle too. He says is his favorite scent.

I love this one, the longevity and silage is very good. Shaghaf and oud mood is much closer to lancom oud bouqet than this one but on its own for swèet oud its very good choice ob a budget. Keep up the good work.

The intial opening is very cloying and synthetic smelling at first, but then the magic develops into a sweet vanilla with sandlewood in the backround. I almost got rid of it without giving it time. I used to give fragrances away or return to quickly without waiting for the drydown when i first starting buying fragrances. Back when there wasnt fragrance youtube channels and blind buying without good reviews.

Very nice review. You seem like a great guy. Just ordered a sample of oud touch, at first i was like meh, but it grew a little on me. I miss a little sweetness and softness. You think this one will bring this??

How does it compare to Opulent Oud by Lattafa?

Opulent Oud is much stronger in the Oud department, while still having a creamy Amber vibe. If you like more “Gourmand” scents go with Oud Vanille, if you appreciate Oud, woodsy, Amber fragrances, check out Opulent Oud. Both have amazing performance with excellent Sillage and Longevity
