Funny and clean, head and shoulders above todays foul mouthed no mark nobodies. I know he was a handful and foul mouthed himself at times, but there was a time and a place, and he could and did act accordingly. What a talent we've lost.

Frank and Norman wisdom were in Cinderella at the Alexandra theatre Birmingham during 1950 as our school trip to a pantomime at Christmas time.

Frank was an alcoholic. He used drink to mask the symptoms of Bi polar he suffered from mood swings sometimes violent. He was a brilliant comic and accomplished acrobat in spite of this and was very generous to his family, friends and people who were down on their luck
