I’ll never forget this song, it saved my life! I got bad food poisoning which turned aggressive. I was in a hotel on business when I suddenly dropped to the floor in severe pain. I started violently vomiting blood until I passed out from the pain. When I finally awoke it was like a crime seen from a movie laying in my own blood. I crawled out the hotel room door, I remember blacking out a couple times in the hallway, and made it to the front desk. I then asked the front desk to call a cab, yes!! a cab. I too proud and stubborn to go in an ambulance :) This cab driver was sent to me for a reason that day. I like to think God sent Mr. Singh to save me with his exceptional driving skills, but most importantly his strong character and great choice of music :) Before we left the hotel parking lot, Singh looks over at me and says “your not gonna die on my shift friend, hang on!!” He cranked up the music (this song) and nailed it!! I remember tires squealing. On our way to the hospital we weaved in and out of traffic like in a high speed pursuit. I remember looking over the seat and seeing his furry dice violently swinging from the rear view mirror, the front windshield covered in a hard downpour of rain, this guy had driving skills! This song blaring was highlighted with the sound of his engine at maximum rpm’s. It was truly an incredible experience, especially knowing that death is upon you. Although I had an exceptional person helping me that day, the most important thing that day to me was the music. This song did something to me that day. I was singing it in the back of the cab with what little breath and life I had left. It gave me hope! It gave me life! The emergency department said I should have been dead. Apparently I was singing this song while unconscious and vital signs dropping. I remember clearly that it was in fact raining that day. The next day those flowers did grow! Thank you from all my heart, Fred.

I’ve been wanting to get a flower tattoo for a while; been looking up reference photos on ig and Pinterest. It’s meaningful to me as I see the blooming flowers as overcoming depression after being in the darkness (ground/soil) So this morning I actually drew the tattoo on my arm to see what it might look like and started bawling my eyes out. 2 hours later, I’m in the car and this song comes on!!😭😭 I started crying again.
