Seriously injured after an accident - a child runs onto the road

On February 20, 2021 at around 1:00 p.m., a 59-year-old driver drove his car along Schwerter Strasse in the direction of Osthofstrasse. Suddenly, an 8-year-old girl ran off the sidewalk into the street. Despite an immediate emergency stop, the car could not be prevented from colliding with the child. The girl was seriously injured in the impact. A helicopter took her to a special clinic a little later. The driver was not injured. The police blocked Schwerter Straße for the duration of the accident investigation. The Traffic Inspectorate has started the investigation.

Ich vermisse die doofen Fragen warum die Polizei um den Heli stehen. Antwort für nicht wisser. Damit keine Gaffer sehen wie das Mädchen in den Heli geschoben wird. Dem Mädchen gute Besserung.
