The explanation of the iQFlow mechanism is really bad, it seems that the saleswoman struggles to understand their own system. There is no demonstration of the mechanism and the man is asking literally 3 times the same question (" So what does it actually do?") because he does not understand the answer given by the saleswoman and also for the viewer it is just not clear what the iQFlow System actually does. @Franke Coffee Systems: Can you please explain in simple words what is the difference of having a coffee WITH or WITHOUT iQFlow?
