Can't wait to get more in depth on some of this stuff. I'm dreaming of building a high revving, NA LS3, shift point somewhere between 7500 and 8000 just because I think it will be fun, probably run a solid roller cam. I'd like to use this in a weekend street car and that occasionally goes to the drag strip and the occasional HPDE track day on a roadcourse. I'm not sure if what I'm dreaming up is realistic or just a recipe for disaster.

Love the video! Is there any longevity issues with Titanium valves on a DI street application?

How about using a Ti valve with a TBC coating for an inconel valve application?

Nice vid guys. Have a set of your stage 2 heads at my tuners shop. What hp should I expect from those heads vs stock. Thanks

Can you use TI in a Street Motor?
@ShabareckMike Жыл бұрын
Absolutely, but we highly recommend using a CRN Coated Titanium valve to prolong the life of the valve as long as possible.

You had the valves on a scale, but didn't tell how much weight savings between them all. Other than that, great video!

Yep, we did a shoot but decided to redo that on the next valve video. Thanks for watching and providing feedback!

Can titanium valves be lapped

I have a set of your M311 heads going on a LSX 427 2650 build. Should be slightly north of 1k wheel HP. My question is what are the valves that come with the M311 heads rated for at the flywheel.
@frankensteinenginedynamics13803 жыл бұрын
prob be fine up to 1300ish flywheel. At this power it just comes down to the tune up and fuel being used.
