Don't waste your time. If you are a Shane fan like I am, this is a huge disappointment. The jokes are half-baked...like he was busy doing something else. I'll give him 2 years to come back with a proper special to redeem himself. It is as much of a disappointment as the first special was a revelation.

The might have but they're giving their favorite comic a pass. This isn't even up to his podcast standard, and that is not what stand-up should be (much higher level). For me Shane was at the top of the heap of the up and comers, and this has put a serious bad taste for me maybe because I expect more from him. He doesn't really say anything that "no-ones really seen it that way before". It's a lot of stuff other people have done just as mediocrely. He needed to flesh out the good bits from this for another 3-6 moths. and get rid of half of this act for a special. @@arboreal_aspect
