I saw this band supporting Mike Rutherford in the 90's. They were so much better that the main band of the evening.

Been an avid Prog fan since 1973 Genesis. Love many of the bands (Yes, Crimson, ELP, Dream Theater, etc), but IQ has steadily climbed up until now they are almost neck and neck with Genesis! So brilliant. And, they don't repeat themselves from album to album. Each album is it's own entity.

Hi, Ron, I subscribe your words. 4 years ago I emplored IQs wonderful music. And I am a big fan of Camel. They had a great influence in my life. A few days ago I explored Cyan. Wonderful too. Greetings from ggod old Germany!

These guys are just fucking amazing. I am a die hard prog fan, and all my favs, Yes, Elp, Genesis etc... caved in the end and started making music to fit what the mainstream media wanted to feed the corporate purse. Not IQ, they are still making the art they envision and want to share. Killer in this day and age.

After 12 months of lockdown here in the UK, I've just let it all out, I wept like a baby. At 14.45, coming out of mayhem and back into that sublime keyboard hook, it just got me. I want to personally thank Pete Nicholls (we are the same age), for 40 years of beautiful moments. When IQ hit the spot, there's no one like them. I will never forget my first listening of "Tales" back in 83, a life-changing album. Thank you guys for the moment I've just had - I really needed it!

+egeltje68 Holmes can be heard wailing on all sorts of parts in this track. Whatcha talkin' bout, Willis? Are you sure you're commenting on the right youtube? As for the keys, I would really like to hear YOU do something, if you're so sure about them being "boring". I've been teaching music theory for more than 15 years. I would say the melodies/chords are anything but boring. But hey, what do I know? :P

Maybe some of you like this album but it is whole different than they always have played. The melodies are to slow, sadly boring to me. Neo-progg is about a lot of guitar and keyboard.
