I don't know how you can use RM$700,000 for just a condo. I also know Chef Wan spend over a RM$1 million for his new condo. I have in the past furnish,the entire double storey terrace house for RM$15,000 and I have fully furnished 3 company houses for oversea Westerners and manage to earn few thousands in the process, they were happily surprised when they moves in with everything detailed ready. Painting inside (internal walls) & out (external walls) including the gate. Of course I also hire 2 part time weekends Indonesians to do house painting & myself also buy all the painting items, assign works to part time plumber, installed water heater, hand wash basins, fully furnished all 3 empty bed rooms & all rooms air cond include the living rooms. Kitchen furnishings (stove, gas tank, cupboards, ventilation fan, food utensils, wash basins & dishes plates plastic storage, fridge (double door), living sofa set (coffee table, sofa, tv cabinet w/TV, VCD player, ceiling fans all rooms, washing machine, entire house (curtains set) and also buy hooks to hang the curtains myself.

as a construction supplier, yes. nowsaday contractor don't really bother what's the material grade but the cost matters to them. if i wasn't in this field it will be a nightmare when comes to renovating my house 😮‍💨

Not sure what you did probably you have several parties doing your renovation, i am starting for my corner in 2025, BU too lol i just go for one stop ID, yes its not cheap if you are doing plenty of wet works like extensions because of all the supporting structures below the house

Dear honourable Doc, 1st and foremost the channel Mr Money is about sharing insights and life experiences hopefully ppl are more aware or educated from a financial perspective. If you think Frankie is showing off you are way off the frequency, those who flashes their blings are. Mr Money is just explaining what he went through during that journey and what we can take out of it.
