♐️ I was spooked last night because she popped up in a weird dream. I was on some kind of recon mission with another soldier in a remote village in Cambodia or somewhere like that. The soldier I was with was chaotic and overstimulated. I didn’t know the objectives and missed the chalk ( ride) I was supposed to be on because he took off without me. The next thing I know, here’s the ex wife, walking through the village, who must have been dropped off from the same chopper I was supposed to take. Like she was part of an organization that volunteers for these villages. I yelled and got their attention, only to give them a heads up that I was there too. I woke up ( at 12am) pissed that I was so cordial with her. But what it showed me was my intent NOT to harm her, and let her know not to fear me. Weird huh?🤷‍♂️ was I in the Vietnam war? Was she? I was born the tail end of this conflict. It felt very real. Did I refuse to leave and find her again, only to be betrayed by her? 😂 Funny how I grasp at straws sometimes. Or maybe That’s my Saggie imagination on overdrive. I’ve tried to decipher what this meant already today. It’s what I do. 🤷‍♂️
