oh my gosh, I love the pattern papers you've used throughout your planner. FC was one of my first planners given to me years ago in a FC training class. I really like the classic look of your binder and how you use it for journaling as well.

Love your video! I am new to Filofax...just about two months and have amassed 5 FF planners. I also have 5 older model FC planners in Monnarch size and compact. Seeing your video reminded me of why I really like FC. Thank you for sharing.

I have watched this a couple times and decided I should comment :) I am using a Franklin Covey in the "A5" size. It is nice to see how you used the two page a day portion. I only wish the rings were a bit bigger. I want to pack more in than it will hold. :) I enjoyed peeking in to see how you use your planner.

Just love your system. I haven't added patterned paper yet as e Rey bit adds overall thickness. I am surprised how much washi tape adds

Hi Laura, the patterned paper and washi have added thickness, I doubt I'll be adding much more because of that. If I remove May's pages, I'll have more room for decoration. I may remove them anyway, as I have a classic mustard Lucca coming in and it has 1" rings v. the 1.25" rings this one has.

Thank you! Have found that my journaling, rambling and random as it is, makes more sense when side-by-side with the day's to-do list.

Romeopeach824, Filofax does carry the A5 day on 2 pages which is more or less similar to Franklin Covey's, but they do get a bit harder to find later in the year. I agree that inserts for FC and DayTimer are so much easier to find in the US, since that's our standard desk size planner.

Nice video...you have a nice delivery. I love love love my Filofax A5's but I miss miss miss the FC Classic with 7 rings. There are so many more inserts available in the US for 7 ring binders especially the Martha Stewart ones. Also for journaling there really isn't a good A5 page format from Filofax and the FC diary pages are better suited. I think about going back to FC but don't want to part with my A5's or not use them. Dilemmas lol

Katerina--the rings measure 1.25" along the outside edges but they may be a smaller "binding" size.

Hi, I no longer have the packaging but I bought it at Staples early this month. I do not see it online :( Simulated leather and was about $36. No inserts included. It is stamped Franklin Covey inside the cover. Checking the stores may be your best bet.

Hey girl, thanks for asking! My FC classic Lucca has become my at-home A5...it holds my daily journaling and personal info for my family. And I have 2 FFs now, each for a different purpose. Yes, it's probably time for a quick update :)

So sorry for the late reply, but thank you!! FC inserts include many extras...when I first started using FC years ago, I just used the calenders and address sections and kept it simple. And am still doing the same :)

At the moment I store my new unused inserts in a Starbucks gift box and my used planner inserts on a binder ring in another box. Thank you for your question!
