Thank you so much! now i finally understand why i have trouble in all these areas and how they impact each other :') will definitely use your exercises. They're easy but so effective! Great for chronic pain :)

Wow! This was great. Right away, it felt easier to breathe - there was more volume in the diaphragm and tone in the pelvic floor like you said. And, it felt A LOT easier and natural to keep a healthy posture. Thanks so much!

I have a question🙋‍♀️ the right side of my glute like deep inside has been sore off and on I’m not sure if it’s a muscle or a nerve. It doesn’t shoot down my leg. It’s just staying in my buttocks area.
