My installer said something about me putting or making sure a soft start is on my AC is that necessary with two Franklin batteries?

I have this system with one backup battery. Can you please make a video of the installation of the module for the generator to be connected to the system? I have a 9Kw Firman dual fuel generator and I would like to connect it to my system. The company that sold me the Franklin system is not familiar with the module and I haven’t seen anything online that has this system in operation. If you can make a video I will be able to learn more about this feature. Thank you. Reggie
