i really enjoyed this interview. RK was so open and candid. loved that part where he talks about feeling a void in his life and wanting to do something about it. i feel so detached from everything too and sometimes the numbness gets overwhelming.. so it was great to hear him put it into words so articulately. and i totally agree with him about not joining twitter and keeping the mystery alive. social networking detracts from an artist's body of work. i'm more in love with him than yesterday..

Yes, Devdas was good but lost in expensive sets, Guzaarish was good but the superlative cast just managed to overcome the deep blues. Sawariya managed to bring to a tropical viewership the long blue twilights of Nordic latitudes via setting the story of White Nights in Central Asia, and used magic of theatre sets to recreate the magical locales. It was superb, and deserved better look!
