Hi Fran. I've designed T-shirts 10 years ago, and even if you've already designed more Ts than me here, I might have an advice for you. Try to not see the T-shirt as a page, it locks your possibilities. T-shirt designs can be extended outside a rectangular shape and go all around. I used to draw T-shirt shapes on my sketchbook, both front and back before starting exploring desig' ideas. It can be only a pattern, but just imagining how they wrap around the body is already cool and challenging. I hope this will help you finding Inspiration for next week. Keep going! I love what you do and your consistency.

Hi Fran! :) So glad that you're starting with your graphic novel, and I know what you're going through as I'm starting with mine as well :P It's really challenging, but satisfying at the same time. So I'm here to cheer you up! Excellent idea by the way about the painted shirts! :D That's something my mom used to do when we (my siblings and I) were young (at that time, I was a kid... long time ago! :')) But after all these years I never came with the idea of exploring that area, until I saw this vid! So thanks for sharing! If it serves: to improve your noses drawing skills (actually, to do anything better!) try to make realistic drawing at first from different angles, to analyze afterwards and try to understand all the details, so later on you can simplify with total ease (at least that's what have worked out for me! I think it's worth to try, isn't it? n_n) Have an excellent weekend, and hope to see another video of yours! Blessings!!

My biggest weak spot is the mouth. I’ve gotten better at noses and eyes, it’s the freaking mouth. The different expressions we have as people can be ruined by mouth that doesn’t make sense. Hi Fran, my name is Nil and I'm from Brazil, I love your job !!! And I have a technical question about the shirts, the ink you're wearing, can you overlap the layers of ink? Or the paint is only directly on the fabric, not on the paint itself. When I paint tees, I think I end up using a very thick layer of paint and I just cover up the fibers that hold the ink. To make the outline I use some empty packaging of hair paint and reuse the beak, I dilute the ink a little with water. You inspire me, kisses!
