The current Afghanistan tragedy shows how Homeland crew has been for ten long years a millions miles ahead! Best TV drama ever! Claire/ Carrie bigger than Life! ❤️

S4.E4: I think the fact that she said "Frannie... you probably hate me for it and I don't blame you" tells me Carrie doesn't get it. Because what she should have said and felt was "and you've suffered because of it, and I wish I could take that pain away, I am sorry I am not equipped to." But instead she kind of made herself the object of pity. No lies detected. S4.E2: During the series' second hour, we're introduced to Carrie's baby, Frannie, and from their first time on screen together, it's clear Carrie is uncomfortable around the child and has little interest in being a mother. Soon after, Carrie decides to give her baby a bath and for a moment she considers drowning her child before picking her up out of the bathtub. "It all came down to that scene in the bathtub, where she considered that her life would be easier if this little creature didn't exist anymore."
