Can someone tell me more about Acky? I don't know much about him.

He's from O.G.S. a legendary poppin crew in Japan...was a VERY influential popper during the early 2000's. Don't know exactly how long he's been popping but back then he was regarded as one of the top newschool poppers. IMO he did a lot for bridging the gap between the Japanese scene and US because he would come down to all the big US events like BBoy Summit etc...At that time the Japanese had a lot more technicality with their popping than most other countries because the Electric Boogaloos were over there teaching....this was before the Korean poppin scene really took off. He was known for having this sort of gravity boogaloo style lol where his feet seem really heavy...still dope.

DueceB broke it down to the T! 100% accurate. I for one, have never been a fan of acki, even back in 2002 when he won the legendary bboy summit's popping comp. Acki dances very mechanical like he's ticking with his boogaloo but he's not ticking, he's just jittery, all the time. It's almost impossible for me to break down his dance because it's hard to get a grasp for his flow and feeling with all of those jitters. Not a smooth operator by any means, not like Tetsu who had the strongest popping/boog foundation of those times, Kite who came after and brought the world the best legs of any dance style, or Gucchon who elevated popping into the abstract style that inspired Hoan, Hozin, and the rest of the world that we see today. With that said, acki did do much for the scene and is a real japanese OG.

Stop les gars à l'époque vous critiquiez les asiats Korean Japanese.... qui copier comme des photocopies les Originals boogaloo ou encore les original lockers à part Walid je vois personne qui n'est pas la photocopie d'un tel ou de l'autre ce qui est encore plus décevant c'est que une personne à photocopier poppin' Pitt et les autres on photocopier la personne qui à photocopier popine pite claquer claquer force à Walid et à junior des Boogie lockers qui ont mis à l'amende les États-Unis en entier
