Flat top knows what animation is he's from that era. I think this was more about the spirit of animation than the actual style. Claymation is original animation there's a certain vibration n breakdown to animation. Poppin Taco does it, Boogaloo Shrimp, Seen -Japan,Boppin Andre can do it,Tripplet can do it. Very few i think now since people have done the robot, poppin, boogaloo now they want animation thats a whole education within itself. WTF is it? I did no know this dance style but confuse my mind. I can see the Frantick trick. I think he move at intervals constraction and hitting the muscles. But I dont undestand the Flattop guy trick (2:11 - 2:14 for example).. he makes that so clear that my mind can not assimilate it. Awesome dance both O.O

Very controlled quick movements. Sometimes called dime stops. It takes a lot of practice. Flattop been doing that prolly like 40 years lol

Respect to Flattop the O.G. but he didn't do nothing extravagant in this battle. Frantick changed levels and used musicality much better. This was one of those, "lets vote for the O.G. regardless" type situations. Similar to when people pick a kid in a bboy battle because he can do a windmill and a female who can hit hard regardless of how dope their opponent was, everyone picks because of that simple factor.
