Tro;;ing small feather lures at speed and dead baits on the surface for school , grey and spotted mack . Dead bait deep for spanish .

Looked more like a Guitarfish than a shovelnose. Maybe it's a name thing; QLD vs NSW.

+mungbean84 Shovelnose Ray and Guitarfish are the same , we are both right and I learnt a new name - Thanks This one was a good 7 ft

+Paul Pallet Yeah certainly looked like a big one. You are likely to run into at least two other species of what we call shovelnose sharks that look significantly different to that one.
