It was probably an older photo. She's exactly my age now, to the year. What gets me is Martin Crane/John Mahoney was only 53 when the show started. I'm 60 now and look significantly younger than he did then. But I think they aged his character in makeup because he was too close in age to Grammer to actually be his father.

Frazier is one of my favorite shows, it was on when I was super young and Ive rewatched it over the years a few times, but I find it funny the kid that played Freddie is in my other favorite show, and looks the same, but I never put 2 and 2 together

@@ruth-anngrant3673 it’s a show called “The Magicians”, it’s kind of like an adult version of the Narnia books, but it’s honestly my favorite show. It’s very weird at times, there are certain episodes that I would be laughing so hard watching them, then 5 minutes later sobbing like a baby lol but it’s really well written if you’re into the kind of angsty fantasy shows (I’m not selling it the best, and truthfully the first 3 or 4 episodes I didn’t immediately love since beI had previously read the books and some of the source material was different, but by the end of the first season I think the show really found its footing and ended up being so well done- it’s actually the only piece television media I ended up liking way more than the books, and I loved the books). If you’re familiar with the show Supernatural, it’s similar to that in kind of the “super gritty and kind of depressing at times, but light and funny and fun at others, while maintaining kind of crazy story lines that somehow end up working and being believable fantasy” way. I actually think all 5 seasons are on Netflix (I believe it’s also on the SYFY streaming channel- I think you can watch it free on there) if you’re interested :) It’s kind of like a very adult version of “The Chronicles of Narnia” Freddie’s character is such a sweetheart in that show too haha he’s kind of the lovable goofball, but he’s also the heart of the little group the show follows. The show can be kind of dark in places and he’s always the “light” of the group that everyone takes for granted initially. I think he first appears either towards the end of the 1st season or early in the 2nd season. If you do check it out please stick with it past the first few episodes as it gets so incredibly good, but totally understandable if that’s not your cup of tea. ❤️ I’m just happy to share it with anyone who will listen lol :)

Frasier was absolutely the best written sitcom of all time. And the cast just a perfect compliment to each other. Some of my favorite episodes are ‘IQ’ where Fraiser and Niles meets for lunch with the 3 Nobel Prize winners. ‘A Tsar is Born’ where Frasier and Niles think they might be Romanoff descendants. ‘Out With Dad’ where Martin pretends he’s gay to keep from having to go out with a woman and hurting her feelings. ‘Bla-Z-Boy’ when Frasier accidentally throws Martins chair off the balcony. ‘The Doctor is Out’ when Frasier is mistaken for being gay. And ‘Boo’ where Frasier is counseling a nurse with a crippling fear of clowns and scares Martin into having a heart attack. I can watch all those just over and over. It would be wonderful to have Kelsey, David, Jane, Peri, Harriet Sansom Harris who played Bebe Glazer and so many more to do a reboot of Frasier!
