@@carrieheffernan1685 Yeah of course, I wasn't 100% serious. I feel like most viewers relate more to Martin than Niles and Frasier. Most of us are average Joe's that can't be bothered with all the wine and that artsy-fartsy stuff lol.

As an aside, I always thought it was weird that Niles would wipe down a chair at Cafe Nervosa with his handkerchief and then put it back into his jacket. Why would he want those germs in his jacket? LOL.

Same I'd have no problem living there. The apartment I live in now has an actual bedroom, which is actually bigger than I need it to be, but otherwise it's not that different from this one. I'd also love to have a rec-room.
