Hey TMG, I’m commenting because I ordered a mug from Cody’s mug company and his customer service rep, Marcus, ghosted me after I told him I never received a replacement shipment for a broken mug. It’s been like 10 weeks since I was told that a replacement mug was shipped and the first shipment arrived in 10 days, so clearly the replacement was either never shipped or got routed somewhere incorrect.
