Guys there is no need of giving whole construction with material contract to a company. There is a concept called PMC (Project management and consultancy), where you can hire a qualified civil engineer with construction knowledge as Project engineer, he will execute the project on behalf of you by checking the quality, design and all other aspects of construction. By hiring PMC you can save significant amount of money. Please think about this concept also. Thank you.

Please make videos on fine cut, polished, stone bricks...... this is construction cost cutting because its very reduced cost, no need of plastering and painting...... it reduces labour, material, time of construction and everyone knows that stone constructed houses are very long-lasting.......

Good information, thank you. Owners need to be cautious in Lintel and plinth beam. Make sure if you need cut lintel or through lintel. In cut lintel contractors make money. also in the plinth beam height they make money.
