I am From Assam nearby his town ,i have not meet him yet but from my concern of knowlage this ghy is genuine ...only one of his student made a case on his because he took classes of one month from this guy and he loss sum amount around 17 lakh ..according to him .. i think this is not Swapnils guilty..He didnot manage his riskmanagement ..but at the same time in Assam soo many person arrested in name of trading ..those person did scam ,they collected money from people in name of trading ..those froud person collected more than 12000 - 15000 core from people of Assam ..and at the same time that loss making person raise question upon Swapnil Das . .soo police bound to arrest him...Thank you Bibek ji for sharing yours view . . 11:24

Bhai, stockmarket is full of scammers / illegal money..... if you see anyone showing off a lot of money earned from stock market then he is either lying or scammed some people, only the top "1% of the 1%" earn money. And that too in the long term... everything else losses money..... There is too much manipulation in india markets ..... ----NSE -chairperson taking tips from himalyan baba ----SEBI top official potentially involved with Adani the signs are always there still people come to market... hoping to be the next Harshad Mehta.... do these guy even know what Harshad Mehta did ???

I am also from Assam and trader and investor , now I have started watching Swapanil's many interview in local youtube channells after his arrest , in couple of interviews he told that he used to take 1st trade on his own account and then copy to other multiple trading accounts. How many accounts not clear and who's accounts that is also not mentioned in the interviews . I am just guessing that may be a problem for him . Secondly in social media lot of screenshots circulating these days of Swapanil's various whats app group conversation where Swapanil taking trades and sharing it on student's what's app group and Students also taking positions . This may be second reason. I have no doubt about his trading skills . Ultimately law will decide who is right and wrong .

Someone has spread fake screenshot showing he took money from people in the name of investing, which is not true. Sapnanil is even asking for the bank statement from that person to prove it, unfortunately the jealous people of my place believes in rumors rather than facts.

Sir, Sapnanil is the most genuine person and the most genuine trader in the whole of Assam. All this is done mainly to deviate the mass from an entirely different personal matter of a political person as far as i have understood. He didnot take any funds from anyone neither did he promise anyone that after joining the course, a person will profit guaranteed because it's impossible. These are fake allegations and the media in Assam is at full force to defame him for some reason. And that is why, people and students from Assam are going oit of the state for work and for settling. Hello Sir, just wanted to confirm that Swapnanil has never taken investment from any students or from anybody. In fact, we the youth of Assam are grateful that he has provided us knowledge about Financial market in such minimal price. Sir you being a trader will very well understand that it’s all about building the mindset, psychology, money management and risk management which comes with lot of practice. And Swapnanil has always told us to start with small capital and invest at least 6 months doing stocks before entering into F&O so that we understand how market works and don’t loose our capital. It’s completely unfair that just because one of his student have not followed what was taught in the class and couldn’t control his greed and entered directly into F&O and kept on adding funds even after making losses repeatedly until his entire balance got wiped off. And now shamelessly blaming his Guru(Swapnanil) and some cheap media channel is passing derogatory comments without any evidence and pulling Swapnanil’s name with some other Scammers of Assam. Even you have verified his P&L but the complainant is saying otherwise. All his TFAL students are in his support because we know the reality. TRUTH WILL PREVAIL
