It likely would just project the dimpling more and make it more visible. Think like you're throwing a blanket over a chair. The blanket will just settle into the seat and not hover over it and hide it, you can still tell it's a chair.

Her face is small. An implant would have protruded and you’d notice her “banana” profile. This must have been a bigger mess of scar tissue in there than they hoped. I’m sure they are disappointed that they weren’t able to get more smoothing. She is marginally better, but the two previous surgeries did some long term cosmetic damage

You can go to different specialties for the same problem. But I would guess ortho does more functionality, and plastic surgeons is obviously cosmetic (as well as functional)

I'm normally a big fan of the after looks, but I don't like to the after either. Why didn't they either put a chin implant or permanent filler to smooth everything out. I'm actually not happy with the results on this otherwise beautiful young woman. 😞💯

Why does the doctor have bead head? I mean rally. He is a plastic surgeon? Why don't doctors who treat these disorders have plastic surgeons who work with them? We don't know this when we go in for surgery? Why don't they compete the program? Or get plastic surgeons to close the surgery? I don't get it. I really don't get it. Like get a plastic surgeon to finish the surgery? Why? Why are surgeries so different? A corrective surgery is paramount but we are left with the bill. As of ie never have surgery. Because, seriously the corrective surgeries don't work obviously., only the plastic surgery team is equipped to do the surgery yet as Americans we get charged and the surgery doesn't work. Shouldn't we get discounts for an incomplete surgery? Shouldn't the regular surgeons KNOW they should consult plastics? Or do we ALWAYS get botched surgeries? And have to pay to look NORMAL? DISGUSTING ACTUALLY. Make changed to the surgeries. You will have so many more clients who can pay with insurance. I'm actually mad at this. I would sue any doctor that left me this way.

1. The before and after of the 'chin' wasn't much of an improvement. 2. The reconstruction of the knee was an improvement. (What does it look like now?) 3. The reconstructed nose was an excellent result. 4. The reconstructed abdomen was a dramatic improvement. (Or, did the patient just pull his pants up high?)

Oh my....that chin looked 100% worse after...way out of proportion with her face, too wide (and this was with a full face of makeup) and the dimples didn't change at all...in same location. So basically the surgery gave her exact same dimples just on a wider, more projected chin. What made him think that putting a "blanket" underneath dimpled skin would lift those dimples up?! I think some of these people are so mesmerized by the star quality of the surgeon that they think his work will always be an improvement.

Before pic bare faced, after pic she has makeup but her chin looks exactly the same. Knee doesn't look much different Nose looks way better on the outside but idk how she sees the nostrils are same size after bc they aren't. Last one fantastic result.
