The spirit is here, and she is totally different than anything I ever expected! She moves kind of like a hybrid of the nurse and wraith, fast and invisible but without the ability to see the survivors while doing so. She's strong, she has some cool new perks, and she can JUMPSCARE the heck out of people haha. I feel like I just scratched the surface with her in this video, with even better perks I know she'll be insane. What do you think?! :) Also, NEW MAP + SURVIVOR too, so cool!

She's terrifying, yet oddly beautiful. The devs definitely did a good job with this one, and I'm in love with her movements, sounds and mori. I tend to go into the new additions and killers for dbd blind, so watching this was the big reveal for me and it was a very pleasant surprise to see a killer like this. Great video as always Ohm!

I think the killer needs more angry screaming haha. After all she’s a vengeful spirit. Maybe a type of scream or such when she enters phase walking or some jump scare sound/scream at the end of her phase walk like say she grabs you? Definitely needs one at the end of her mori as well

Soul at Stake is Dead by Daylight by a Japanese developer, but moves faster. Oddly at the pace of Deathgarden. SaS essentially turned DbD killers into Japanese folklore style characters. AS FAT AS I KNOW Behaviour Digital was not involved in the development of it. The Spirit killer here looks like it is of that national heritage. It also has a sword (katana?) that comes off like the ghost is meant to be a female samurai because, honestly, what ghost has a friggin' sword in horror films? Also, this is the first killer to come out following the release of Soul at Stake on Steam. Seems a bit suspicious to me. I'm not saying they did, just funny the coincidence that the next killer seems to be of that oriental background. I may also just be over-analyzing as well. Who knows... I loved SaS due to the speed and twitched it, posted some vids on my channel, and I know Gorillaphent has played it too. I was REALLY hoping Ohm would play as well (mostly so more people would know of it and maybe the north american player-base would expand). I reached out to one of the steam mods and he said they thought Ohm had a key, but apparently he didn't (said so on a steam). Not sure if they did send one after learning or not though.

@ImAKpopFanGirl A DBD twitch streamer that I watch every now and then tried SAS and continuously bashed it until he got used to it. Yeah the graphics aren't the best imo. But it also is meant to have more skill than DBD. For example you aren't supposed to chase survivors, but the streamer I was watching kept trying to chase because he kept playing SAS like DBD. But I agree, I think DBD is better still. I think SAS has an interesting concept in terms of how it's trying to differ from DBD, but it isn't appealing to me at all.

Probably just a coincidence. Video Games being similar to another one is nothing new. Unless everything about it (UI designs, etc) are extremely similar, in which case, that's quite iffy. Besides, if something is trying to be a mish-mash of horror elements, an Asian-themed ghost is a given.

I don't play DBD myself, so I'm not entirely certain if it would work, but as a survivor it would be a good idea to hide in a closet or move slowly once the spirit uses her ability (goes into the spirit world), won't it? Because she can't see the survivors either, meaning it's rather easy for her to pass you by. Just a thought I had during this video.

The character design on the Spirit is gorgeous and really ties well into the bio for her. Same with the survivor in his role as a saver. The Spirits limbs being severed to where they float as well as the veining appearing when she teleports are awesome and very nice touches. Only complaint is that she hits things with her katana like pallets and such, seems like that's not what somebody would do with a weapon like that, and the way she places survivors on the shoulder with the glass. The glass shards are a gorgeous touch and hiding them takes a bit away from one of the chances to see her outside of first person, also you would think putting a character on the glass would drive the glass in further, though if she's dead I suppose this doesn't matter, also there's the perk of her hurting the survivor more.

I mean, I can somewhat understand sometimes why they do. It's annoying as hell when a killer or survivor dcs, but I mean who doesn't get frustrated with games? They might've just gotten off the game too, which is reasonable and is probably the best thing to do to stop yourself from getting even more frustrated with the game. I agree they shouldn't have left, but just let it go. If they wanna go, whatever. You get free points for doing nothing and sometimes it's not their fault. DBD devs should make a crawling perk where you can freely crawl on the ground at any time, but the killer could always pic you up. And here’s my solution to that: Low tear: if you get picked up, the struggle bar is a quarter done. Mid tear: if you get picked up, the struggle bar is a third done. High tear: if you get picked up, the struggle bar is half done. Doubt they will notice this comment though. 👐

Sadly i highly doubt he will ever play SOS again. The developers decided to rework the game more like a battle royale. Since that rework people stopped playing and the devs gave up on the game.

I thought it was pretty boring. I mean, I guess they incorporated the teleporting power into it, but it was just meh. I think it could be better, but at least it's just PTB. I really want them to fix Trapper's mori tho since it just sucks. Hag's mori is still the best imo.

Awesome new killer! Initially, I didn't find her as scary as the Pig, mainly in terms of jumpscares, but the better I understand her game mechanics, the more she scares me. She's going to be a beast when you start levelling her up! :D

The way Ohm played survivor reminds me of watching a horror movie. "WHY DID YOU STOP JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE'S GETTING CHASED" and "FIND AN ITEM" I kept screaming at my screen. Two people died unnecesarily because of that. XD Oh well. Guess horror movie panic is real, even when your life isn't really at stake.

I cant believe how amazing She is!!! They could have gave her like a little bit of mist near her models legs so she looked more like a spirit. All I kept thinking of was The Grudge and The Ring when looking at her. She is very cool and I cant wait till she comes on xbox one!!!
