tbh he’s more like Jihyo to me (I think Jackson is on a whole ‘nother spectrum, lol, another dimension even) In Sixteen Jihyo was voted to have the best characteristic qualities JYP were looking (I forgot what the 3 exactly were tho) She befriend everyone despite being the senior trainee. Is friends with those who debuted (She’s close with Wonder Girls and 2pm) She takes good care of everyone as a leader but treats them like her equal. Great at small talk and whatnot. Pretty much they are both friendly but also mindful. Chan is more out there but I see so much similarities between the 2.

jype has a tendency to build groups around certain people. he built wonder girls around sunye, 2pm around jay, miss A around min, got7 around jb, twice around jihyo, day6 around sungjin...a previous lineup of jjp was supposed to be a trio led by shownu (now of monsta x) and even itzy around yeji. they were probably also hoping to build a group around chan as well, but for some reason had the idea to let chan pick his members.
