Here's my new GD level I've been working on for the past few months. This is my first real XL level and my longest level to date. I feel like I'm starting to develop a style and generally, I'm trying to embrace the weirdness and goofiness of it. My inspirations were mainly horror manga I read, and I think it shows. I'm not sure if this is better than Protocol Seven but I'm proud of this just because of how daring it was. I feel like I put a ton of personality into this.
A few months ago, my brother showed me this song and during the first half I was like "why are you showing me this?" but when the second half of the song hits it was so surprising. I wanted to capture that same feeling here in this level. I held back a lot in the first half but changed into the surreal style I'm trying to develop.
