I'm so excited to watch this video to the end!! I grew up with a cottage on Dorcas Bay Road, not far away from where you are at The Grotto, except we were on the Lake Huron side while you were on the Georgian Bay side of the Bruce Peninsula. When I was growing up in Toronto, no one I knew had heard of Tobermory, and for me as a kid, it was all 'my' stomping grounds. Even through peak times of the summer, you'd rarely see tourists. I always loved going to Flowerpot Island!! I haven't seen too many videos on this area. Hope you enjoyed your visit!!

This is one of my favourite areas to hike and camp, I haven't been out in years though. The amount of adventure is what draws me to it. Every time I went there I used to go down into the grotto and the last time I went there it was so packed with people from the city (literally bus loads of people) it killed the whole experience for me. The last time I went into the Grotto is smelled like urine. It was so sickening. I haven't been up there since. Too many Glampers. I'll stick to back country camping in Algonquin. Great video though! I still like going to see the scenery.
