I actually owned a pressing of Guitar Solos that included these tracks as well as those from GS 3 and I unfortunately lost it during my last move. Most recent uploads only have tracks 1-8.

Enjoyed listening to this again. I’m not a fan of vinyl, it just reminds me of cleaning records until they almost didn’t exist. I am a seasoned musician who has done many recordings, the difference between the master that you listened to in the mastering room and the vinyl that you took home was always more than a disappointment xxx

@millennial_bug well, if for example, you have a vinyl record that is slightly off centre, the pitch of the music on that album is going to be going up and down away from concert pitch as it is playing, whereas a cd will be as close to the master recording as possible, without all the clicks and pops that you get with vinyl, the thing that I miss about vinyl is the album covers, that was great🙂

@@ronaldchives2486 I can sort of see your point but I think CD technology has evolved. I had to switch from vinyl to CDs due to space considerations and I found the earliest CDs really compressed and tinny while I stayed a real Neil Young-purist when it came to vinyl. For all its clicks and pops vinyl always sounded warmer, fuller, and more detailed. But CDs have definitely improved and I yearn for the day when streaming is their equal. I believe Bandcamp is working on it.
