If I needed permission to use the characters, i'm sorry I didn't ask, I wasn't sure if I had too. A lot of people might hate this and the idea of Fred being cheap about his computer, but I wanted to make this, so I made it, I am sorry about Fred getting mad over little things, please bear with me on this video, I don't plan to make an actual Scooby Doo Series.
