I'm really new to all this but find it highly hilarious. Listening to a lot of these soundboards on different channels but this one is the best! So fluid and the way the conversations flow seamlessly. But can anybody tell me the origins of Fred please? I know I'm late to the party but I don't have a clue where he comes from? I listened to the Bill pranks and found the origin of his call. There's so many different soundboard samples now, Fred I'm not familiar so if anyone can fill me in with the information about him I'd be grateful. Thanks.

Bail Bondsman are popular targets for the prank call community because of the nature of the business. In the US if you are arrested and depending on your sentence you will be given a bail amount that you post so that you can be released while you fight your case, bail bondsman post the bail for those that can't afford and charge them back as like a loan. They are targets because they are seen as people who will get anyone out of jail regardless of how heinous their crime, and callers would browse the phone book or Google for bail bonds in the area and start calling and that is how Fred was found.
