Its a reality check for me and everyone else who has this romantic view about setting up a business and thinking it will be an instant success. One thing that touched me the most is when he spoke about 4 stages of relationships It's something that I consider that everyone in his or her entrepreneurship journey must take the cognisance of it......We fail in business partnerships because we want to jump from stage one to stage 4 I think also if we take that into our social relationships we won't have a high rate of divorces This guy made me to believe in mentorship

Thank you Sir Trevor for your guest. There are so many rich nuggets of wisdom to take from this conversation . I have held a view that leadership must be concentrated at the bottom amongst common men and women who are educated, empowered, have values, vision and integrity. Any society with a critical mass of such men and women will set itself on a path to success. Doctor Fred here in a way validated this view. Poor or bad leadership at the top is a reflection of bad men and women at the bottom.
