When he got fired for being a dick to his coworkers for the 10th time all I heard was “rich did nothing wrong”… He was always a little snake picking on his own coworkers if he thought they were below him.. say what u want about Fred but he’s ALWAYS 100% authentic.. So ridiculously unprofessional of Beasley Media Group, The Sports Hub and everyone a part of this morning show. I thought Hardy was a stand up guy but his opossuming on this subject shows his true colors.

This confirms what Kirk Minihane has been saying for a long time, that pretty much no one at 98.5 liked Rich and they thought he was an asshole. He was 98.5's version of Dale Arnold, a guy who played a nice guy on the air but was a douche behind the scenes.
