This week it’s the family feud which became America’s uncivil war. Uncle against nephew. Donald versus Fred. Trump versus Trump. And now Democrat versus Republican. Donald Trump’s nephew, Fred III talks to Riz Khan about the assassination attempts, political violence, eating pets, why he’s campaigning for Kamala Harris and why he can never forgive his uncle’s treatment of his disabled son.
“I needed to talk to [Trump] about William. And he just said: ‘He doesn’t recognize you. Let him die and move to Florida,’” Trump’s nephew tells Al Arabiya News on this week’s Riz Khan Show.
Khan then speaks with Hollywood’s best bad guy, Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, about safety on set and what really makes him Mads.
“Back home in Denmark, I get to play all kinds of different characters, a variety of human beings. And yes, in America, there’s a tendency, if you have a funny accent, that they will make you the baddie,” the actor says.
The show starts with Fred Trump III who has written a book titled All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way. He writes warmly about his father, Fred, who died at the age of 42 after suffering from alcoholism. And he says that’s when the rift between the family became a chasm.
