I met Fred one time about 15 years ago or so when I was a kid, it was at the majestic valley arena in Kalispell MT I was riding mini bulls and my parents and I seen him walking by the side hall and I went up and shook his hand and I believe he signed my hat. It was the first time I met a true star in the sport of rodeo, and he was a great man and very happy to stop and talk to some young kid. Never forgot it

Fred had a great avenue to keep him engaged and out of trouble. Although he did sway back towards going down the dark side, he realized it was not for him. Great story from another great interview. Never knew much about Fred but always liked watching him. Thanks! 😊😊

Nope. Glad to see who is in his podcast, but he disrupts too much and takes over instead of shutting the fu@k up and letting his guests finish what they're saying. He's too much about himself, imo

Fred needs to go on JRE so we can hear his story…no podcaster listens better than Joe Rogan
@cinders3025 ай бұрын
EXACTLY! I was thinking the same thing! Joe Rogan is awesome. For musicians, it's Rick Beato. They know their stuff but they know when to shut up and when to speak up. Fred is a sweety, and deserves a better interview

great episode! Fred is a real champ! i remember being in a gas station in cypress in the 90s and heard this country accent telling the cashier "yall aint got no shit paper in the mens room" i wasnt expecting it to be Fred Freaking Whitfield. The NFR was so much fun watching Fred and Cody!

I notice how Clinton has intentionally wanted to make sure he let him talk and has been working on having a better interview.
