He sure had a knack for coming up huge. That run of goals in 01/02 when the team was struggling with injuries is nothing short of legendary.

@@LoffAFCyeah I have to agree there. I think seasons 01/02 and 04/05 were his best in my opinion. 05/06 he only scored two goals, neither at Highbury (would’ve been nice to see him score a competitive goal in that gorgeous Redcurrent kit!) and the league goal came right at the end of the season at City. I do think the injuries had begun to catch up with him for sure in 06/07, I don’t think he assisted or goal at that season in the league, only the CL Qualifier against Zagreb and the goal away at Bolton in the FA Cup. But he was nevertheless an amazing player for us and makes my all-time Arsenal XI.

Fred Ljunberg couldn't stop scoring for our team. Ljunberg was a LW, but he loved scoring, especially against Man United.
