I've loved Robert Englund since I was like 12 yrs old. Like literally fall in love. In highschool I found out out the newer Nightmare on Elm Street and I was so angry they were "remaking" it. NO ONE can be Freddy but Robert!! I have a couple signed pictures from him too. But I wish I could meet him though

Great man. I met him twice. Once at the BBC and then at a convention I managed to have one on one time with him. We talked about Tuscany and food. He's a talker alright. One things for sure, Freddy ain't scared of no pandemic. He'd actually be anti Vax. He wouldn't want to spoil his meat.

Robert is so kind ! He was kind to me when a ran up on him at fashion island! We where like the only ones watching the night mare before Christmas in the edwards cinema but my family was like don’t bug him cuz it’s not polite but I was in the room with him for two hrs just my family and him with a beautiful women ! So I waited after the movie! When we stepped out I ran up to him and asked him if he was Freddy and he said he was 😁I was so amazed because he was soooo kind that I was thrown back 🤣 I was just like ten ! 90’ kids grew up with the best horror movies any ways I want to thank Robert Englund for being kind to me I’ll never forget it God bless you Robert

I was born in 1984, I grew up watching those freddy krueger movies. The movies use to real scare me because I was a kid bacc then but at the same time even tho I was a little spooked, I still could not stay away from those movies lol. I was hooked lol. I would like to tell Mr. Robert Englund that nobody can fill his shoes as freddy krueger, period. I have seen different actors try to play the role as freddy but nann, those later movies after Mr Englund retired from freddy, those other actors don't got it. It didnt seem authentic because we are use to seeing robert englund play freddy and robert englunds voice also sold us on the idea of freddy. The make up artist bacc then were better at making up Freddy's face in my opinion. Mr. Englund if you do see this I just want to say thank you so much for entertaining us all these years. #mrfreddykrueger

Thank you so much, Jeremy. It was such and honor and so freaking cool to talk with him. The publicity people reached out about a show on adult swim called JJ Villards twisted fairy tales or something like that. I was definitely interested in the show and saw the voice cast and asked if certain people were available to talk with one of them being Robert. It was a long shot, but they came back and said Robert’s ready, and I couldn’t believe it. Super fun talk and amazing man whose remarkably talented. Thanks again for the kind words.
