Thanks a lot for this video, it is very interessting to see in some of frederic edwin church paintings the beginning , first lines and sketch, first layers and finish paintings. Great demonstration. Mister Churchs Paintings are just wunderful, all the details is living and moving, also the mysterious atmosphere show so good his view in this world and time he was living. I just love it...🕯!!!

What a show! I've seen several up close - Cotopaxi, Iceberg, two of the Niagara, Heart of the Andes (!!!), Parthenon and several New England studies. His paintings did as much to raise interest in the outside world as any book.
