Communidad is common land for the benefits of village community? If yes then how some people of same village has thousands to lac of meter land in their name as tenants pavnidar Occupants. Their are thousands of litigation to become owner of this land. Now this luckey few are becoming landlord and other become Landless Earlier their was jojnt family. If their was 4 brother after death of father elder brother name enter in 1/14. Now Children of this elder brother claiming entire land as their and denied right of other brothers children and so many dispute

Earlier girls belonging to gaunkars were married to gaunkars only either from the same communidade or of other neighboring communidades so the problem of girls losing their rights never arised. It is only recently this problem have arised because now girls gets married by their own choice and the partner is most of the time a non gaunkar or in other words ghati.
