Our Creator intended music to heal us but music was changed, its now tuned to 440HZ that is a harsh sound that no longer heals. In fact 440HZ makes us sick and it makes us angry. The sad thing about growing up in a narcissistic family is you never really had a family. Today I have so much thruma from the neglect, abuse both physical and emotional I suffered as a child and through out my life. I have been a alcoholic, sex addict, drug addict, gambling, violence, self sabotaging everything good in my life. Its also I believe why I've been single most of my life and have no children. I remember when I was teenager and just before that I was madly in love with a few girls then and I knew they liked me to, but I never had the confidence to ask them out or pursue them. I am positive if I had a loving family I would be married to one of my childhood crushes today. I remember my old boxing coach said to me when I was a teenager, you could be the best in this boxing club if you had confidence, the only thing you need is confidence. The only love I received when I was a kid was from a few neighbours, friends, luckily I always had friends until the last few years, and the pets we had, I've always loved animals, today my cat is my best and only true friend apart from God. A lot of this is to painful to talk about, I'll just say the most damaging aspects of this abuse that still affect me today aged 37. My 7 and a half years older brother beating the crap out all the time when I was a kid, he even put a divers knife to my throat one time and I thought he was going to kill me, he was also verbally abusive and has always made me feel like I was worthless, my cowardly father never stopped him once. My father another time got my uncle ger to beat me up when I was 13. I was the nicest kid you could meet and didn't deserve that abuse. When I couldn't sleep in my bedroom, I was about 14 or 15 years old and I heard my mother in the next room say to my younger sister, Thomas will never get married and my younger sister saying why not, he just won't my mother said. That evil comment has haunted me to this day and one of the reasons I have never been married. When I left school at 14 my parents never said anything, they didn't care in the slightest, they just let it happen. When I was 12 I stayed above my brothers butcher shop for a whole summer, parents never cared if I came home or not. My father left my mother for another woman after she had a few affairs. My father would bring my 2 sisters on holiday every year but never brought me. When I went to prison for 4 months when I was 19 for a crime I was innocent of not one family member was there for me in court. Fast forward to when I was 27 years old and a close friend of mine died. I went drinking all day after I heard the news that he died, I was walking home late at night just about 100 feet from my apartment, when the police arrested me for being drunk. They took me to the police station and I broke down crying there, they asked me did I want them to ring someone, so I said for them to ring my father and when I was talking to him I was crying and in a terrible state, he asked me why are you calling me and I said because you are my father, he laughed at me and said he had to go. I had a serious nervous breakdown and suicide attempt 18 months after that event. Then Jesus saved me in April 2012 and in July of that same year my father asked me to his stag night, of course I had to walk to the hotel and everybody else was there except me when I arrived. Then while we were having dinner my father asked me why I was wearing the cross necklace I was wearing, I said it was the only thing that kept me going and he started laughing and giggling to his brother my uncle and others. When I exposed my covert narcissist sister and mother after they were psychologically abusing me in 2018, my father never showed any support to me, he never rang my phone to see how I was, I'd ring him from time to time but heed never ask how I was or if I was OK. So much jealousy, pride and lies in my family, thank God I'm not like them. Glad I was the scapegoat and don't live in a fake reality and I have a clean conscience, and thank God for setting me free from that generational curse. Today I just want to forget about my past and just accept that not everyone can love and some people have no empathy. I'm just glad that after all the pain I've suffered I still have a good heart. Thank you for reading this and for God sake people Love your children, hug them, smile at them, look them in the eye and say you love them, be kind and validate them, encourage them to be the best people they can possibly be. For any person who has suffered the same kind of family abuse and neglect my heart goes out to you. I have finally learned to truly love and value myself and will never let anyone abuse me ever again. Had to get this of my chest if I am to become the man God wants me to be. Love is the answer. This is doing so much to me right now ... I told my family about TMH 3 years ago they rejected it and everything and thought i was strange etc bc what I was doing . A year ago they told me they were trying to change now I put myself in a position were I am not pleasing to Ahayah and in this time reached out to them and now they believe they say but they still need time to stop doing things like the dietary law , what garments a woman should wear etc and I realized that I’m being unequal yoked again with them I love them but I Love Ahayah more and be pleasing to him and must get right with him no matter what
