Rashad was saved by the point deduction of Tito and by the bell at the end of round 2. A few more seconds and Tito would have won by submission.

And let's not forget how Tito kept cheating grabbing the fence multiple times when Rashad was taking him down. Jim McCarthy warned Tito multiple times. Tito cheated and still lost. And Tito didn't have that guillotine choke in deep enough for Rashad to tap. So save that excuse.
