Thanks for sharing, great colors throughout the video. Looked like great conditions. Your commentary added value while watching.

I appreciate the feedback, I wasn't sure if people would like the commentary but I've gotten some positive feedback so far, thanks for watching!

That was my buddy that couldn’t get his bike started. He finished 11th out of 16🤘🏼

You mentioned you moved your forks down in the clamps. Did you also recheck your sag after?

Yea, kinda funny story. I gained a few lbs over summer so I checked it the week before and found I was at 120mm. Adjusted it to 105 and went and rode some similar conditions and it was TERRIBLE. Dropped the forks to the 1st line and reset to 120 and found it a lot more comfortable.

Great job on the video and awesome it was in 4K. And don't you just love those simple turns where your bike just seems to fall out of your hands?

Just drops right out from under ya! 😂 happened so many times last race I just made a video for all the falls!

@@michiganrips Thanks for the reply. I am thinking of giving this a try next year and currently researching bikes. It seems like the 2 strokes from KTM and Husqvarna are pretty popular for this type of riding.

@@ryanbelanger4932 they are for sure, I was so close to getting the ktm 300 but since I've been on 4 stroke awhile I decided to try this one. I went with the xcf because of the bigger gas tank and 18 inch rear wheel instead of 19

Where in MI do you usually ride? I grew up riding MI trails but have never done a scramble. Would you say the husky TE or TX model would be better for our trails?
@michiganrips Жыл бұрын
@@ryanbelanger4932 I ride either Cedar creek or holton most of the time because they're close but neither is really comparable to the single track at a harescramble (Holton is much closer) of the 2 bikes I would personally choose the TX because it's lighter and got the air fork but everything else is pretty much the same.
