Gosh, this applies to so much more than software. Incredibly frustrating. As a tech lead dealing with junior employees, management has been fully unsupportive. Multiple rounds of going back for mediation with no resulting action led me to stepping away from the tech lead role and letting that junior run amok and having the project manager deal with them. They are continuing to create issues and delays with the project and I’m just sitting back outside of the situation. I feel like I’ve failed to lead, which has been frustrating personally.

Definitely a nordic country based on the look of things. I'd guess Sweden, near Gothenburg, but I've never been so who knows.
