Kinda easy actually. He had the 2 jokers at the top of the deck. When he was "putting the card in the middle" he just made it seem like he was putting it in the middle, when in reality he knew the jokers were on top, so he just lifted the top card a bit so he could put your card in between, he did the shuffle then *BAM* *magic 100*
