We made this casual video just to show friends & family his costume. When I posted the video on youtube we had no expectation it would have 2 million views 1 year later. The video is awkward at times & we were just having fun. If we knew it would get so many views, we would definitely have reshot the video. Thanks everyone for all of the kind & positive comments. We are working on a new costume for NY Comic Con this weekend.

The helmet visor was remote-controlled but the rest of the movements are his. The fingers on the hands are controlled by pullies attached to a bar inside. He can pull the bar straight to pull all of the fingers or pull on an angle to close some of the fingers.

James Bruton is a robotics, electrical and mechanical engineer in the UK and has a great channel. His Hulkbuster costume is amazing and took over 2 years to build. Our costume is nowhere near the same category as his but it's fun to think we were working on the same costume at the same time back in 2015. All of the pieces are connected individually. The helmet (lid) comes off first, then the arms and legs slide off after disconnecting hidden bungee cords. The main body is held in place by shoulder straps from an old school backpack. Once he wiggles out of the shoulder straps the body can lower down and he can step out of the costume. It takes a while to suit up but getting out is much faster.
