if I had my old rooted broken phone/ current phone rooted, I could make one. It honestly isnt that hard, the only thing you could be scared of is the data corrupting, you also should be careful when modding weapons with high ammo capacity (lasers, lmg), so you dont accidentally make it have -32987 ammo (which would happen if you would put too big numbers, 1000 is good for normal weapons, but you should go below 100 if you experiment with lasers, lmg's)
