Can somebody explain about function dry/wet? For vocal, podcast, voiceover, should I set dry/wet too 100% or 50%/0%? What should be better?

it depeneds on how youre using it. Directly on the mic track it will add some to moderate distortion. After i get the character i want, i start at 0% and slowly increase the wett until it sounds pleasant but not over distorterd to me. Its a lot of personal taste in deciding where to stop.

On vocals, i usually go light compression/saturation early stage and heavier (so likely more wet) at later stages in the FX chain
